How MaxTrax collects, uses and protects the information that flows through our GPS and fleet management platform.
What we collect
When you use MaxTrax, we process vehicle location data, device telemetry (such as speed, fuel level and temperature), and account details you provide — name, organisation, email address and phone number. Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry.
How we use it
Tracking data exists to power the services you subscribe to — live maps, alerts, reports and playback. We do not sell your data, and we do not share fleet data with third parties except where required to deliver the service (such as map providers) or by law.
How we protect it
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on access-controlled infrastructure. Account access is restricted to the users your organisation authorises, and our platform maintains a 99.9% uptime with continuous monitoring.
Your choices
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to retain it. Write to us at support@maxtrax.in and we will respond promptly.
